Symptoms

41 year-old male with posterior shoulder dislocation during an altercation.

Diagnosis

Reverse Hill-Sachs fracture (white arrowhead) with a posterior labral tear and POLPSA (posterior labrocapsular periosteal sleeve avulsion) lesion (black arrows) as seen on an axial gradient echo images.
