Symptoms

58 year-old female with knee pain following a bicycle injury eight days prior to her MRI.

Diagnosis

Minimally displaced avulsion fracture at the PCL insertion on the proximal tibia as seen on sagittal fat-suppressed T2-weighted (white arrowhead), axail fat-suppressed T2-weighted (white arrow), and coronal proton density (black arrow) images.
