Symptoms

16 year-old male with shoulder instability.

Diagnosis

Perthes variant anterior labral tear. Axial gradient echo weighted images demonstrate tear of the anterior labrum (white arrow) with medially-stripped but intact scapular periosteum (black arrow) as well as a Hill-Sachs deformity of the humeral head (white arrowhead)
