44 year-old female with chronic non-traumatic hip pain.


Complex tear of the superolateral acetabular labrum as seen on coronal fat-suppressed T2-weighted images (white arrows) with cam morphology, seen as an osseous “bump” of the anterior femoral head-neck on an oblique axial T-1 weighed image (black arrow).
