Symptoms

43 year-old male with knee pain resulting from an injury playing basketball.

Diagnosis

ACL avulsion fracture, as seen on coronal proton density (black arrow), sagittal proton density (black arrowheads), and sagittal fat-suppressed T2-weighted images (white arrow). The ACL itself is intact.
