Symptoms

30 year-old male with repetitve work injury, now with numbness and pain of his fourth and fifth fingers.

Diagnosis

Hypothenar hammer syndrome, with occlusion of the ulnar artery, as demonstrated on Coronal fat-suppressed T2 (white arrowheads) and coronal reformatted CT angiogram images (black arrowheads).
