Symptoms

42 year-old male with soccer injury six months ago and popping sensation of the upper thigh.

Diagnosis

Partial tear of the proximal semimembranosis (black arrows) with intact conjoint tendon of the semitendinosis and biceps femoris (white arrow), as seen on coronal and axial fat-suppressed T2-weighted images.
