Symptoms

17 year-old male lacrosse player with knee pain for 6 weeks.

Diagnosis

Osgood Schlatter disease, with changes of patellar tendinosis (white arrow) and reactive marrow edema within the anterior tibial tubercle (white arrowhead) as seen on a sagittal fat-suppressed T2-weighted image.
