31 year-old male status post ACL reconstruction in 2004, now with anterior knee pain.

Diagnosis

Huge cyclops lesion, as seen on sagittal fat-suppressed T2 (white arrows), coronal proton density (black arrows), and axial fat-suppressed T2 (white arrowheads) weighted images.
